I always loved antiques growing up, my imagination would constantly run wild as to the long history of stories behind every scratch, stain, dent, chip and every other imperfection. But I couldn’t afford most antiques, and as the market got “hot” pieces just became even more unaffordable. So I came up with a simple solution; I started crafting custom reproduction antique/rustic wood projects of all shapes and sizes to suit my wants and needs. Once I discovered how to apply graphics to these projects my creative worlds collided. I could now use my graphic design skill set to create vintage inspired graphics and lettering to apply to my pieces to truly give them their own story.
